How to Register
The Cupboard recommends that you register approximately three months before your wedding, depending on bridal showers and other congratulatory parties. This time frame allows your friends and family ample opportunity to purchase gifts.
When you arrive to register, you'll be asked to take some time to walk through the store and make decisions about the items you will choose. Then, one of our bridal consultants will accompany you through the store, answering questions and recording the items you have selected. If you'd like to change or add to your registry, we'll be happy to help, in person or over the phone.
To notify guests of your registry, The Cupboard offers 25 postage-paid registry announcement cards. Our toll-free number is listed on the announcement cards for the convenience of your out-of-town guests. We also announce your registry in the local newspaper, the Coloradoan. As your guests call or come into the store, we record their purchases (a helpful step if you happen to lose a card in the hubbub of the reception). Some guests-especially those from out-of-town-may choose to leave their gift on hold with us. We will notify you and hold the gifts until it's convenient for you or a family member to collect them.
Within a month after your wedding, The Cupboard will issue you a complimentary gift certificate for 10% of the total purchases made on your behalf. This is our way of saying, “Congratulations and Thank You for choosing The Cupboard as your kitchen store and more!”
